Our factory is located in Qing Xi (Dongguan, China approximately 2 hours from Hong Kong by car.) We employ about 500 workes presently in our 60,000 square feet.


Tooling Department


We have our own in house toolmaking facilities that production can be economically made under our direct control thus ensuring reliable lead times. Existing tools are kept in good working order and excellent condition.
 
The production of Metal Die and Plastic Moulds are all done in house by our experienced staff using the latest CNC Eroding and Milling machinery. With additional service's provided in maintenance for die and mould, to ensure production of components are at the specification required by the client. The following are types of die and mould we are able to produce:  



  1. Plastic Injection Moulds
    • mould produced in steel or hard alloy
    • single of multiple cavities
    • family moulds
  2. Metal Stamping Die
    • die produced in steel or hard alloy
    • progressive/multiple and individual die design
 
Metal Stamping Department
 
This department consist of 4 major types of machinery, able to produce stamped/bent and deep drawn components to a height of 200mm other machinery can bend material up to 3mm thick and the high speed presses can produce components at a speed of 600pcs per min. The following are the types of machinery within our facility:  
  • Conventional Power Press(range from 10-100 tons)bending and stamping
  • High Speed Automatic Power Press(range from 20-200 tons)high speed production
  • Hydraulic Press(range from 160-300 tons)for drawing of compnents
  • Hand Operated Presses for singledie operation

Material used in production of components ranges from Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy/Brass/Bronze/Carbon Steel/Cold Roll Steel/Copper/Galvanised Steel/Stainless Steel and various types of special material.  

Special processing such as plating(nickel,chrome,zinc,brass,gold and sliver)can be achieved. We can even spary paint/polish and anodise if it is required.  

 
Plastic Injection Department

Our injection department consists of 35 injection stations, machinery ranges from(40-450 ton)clamping force. Able to produce components from 60g to 1400g in weight with maximum mould size of 810mm. Some of the materials we have used in the past for production of components are:


  • General materials, ABS/PP/HIPS/PVC/POM/Nylon and PET
  • Valox material from GE
  • Clear/Fire Resistant PC Material from Bayer(Germany)
  • Standard 94-VO ABS from Korea
  • Other special thermoplastic material from the US/Japan and Taiwan


Special processing such as spray painting, silk screening and pad painting can all be done within our own facility.

 
Assembly Department
 
This department has a total 9 assembly lines and is able to produce both partial and complete assembly of components or products with quality packing. We can help company's such as yours to be competitive by taking advantage of the mass labour force to produce the more labour intensive assembly products here in China.
 
R & D Department

Yuk Kee has made a company-wide commitment to apply research and development programs throughout our product line. To benefit our customer, we offer a full complement of laboratory equipment for testing. Data from these experiments are analyzed which help guide future design criteria.

Yuk Kee seeks out quality designers along with the leading electronic design systems to provide unparalleled accuracy in the product design process. In the initial phase of a project, our research and development team reviews all customer specifications, recommending the appropriate design and manufacturing options. Besides, detailed drawings are provided for the customer and permanently stored as electronic data.
